1. Why should I use OurMoneyBack?
Our Money Back is highly experienced at making successful claims and has compiled all the information you need to make your claim for compensation. We not only tell you how to complain and who to contact, but we explain the reasons behind your actions, the legislation backing you and the action to take if your claim is rejected.
2. How do I know if I have a valid compensation claim?
To see if we think you have a possible claim for compensation you need to take our ‘Claim Test’. Each test refers to the specific type of policy or complaint you are looking at and will tell you immediately if we feel you have a claim or not.
When you have purchased your pack you will also receive a ‘Claim Criteria Test’ sheet to determine that your individual claim will be made on your individual circumstances. By applying this criteria to your claim you know your claim is being made on the right basis under the right legislation and will not be ignored.
3. What do I get with the pack?
Our packs contain all the information you need to make your compensation claim in the confidence that you are claiming on the correct basis and under the correct legislation.
We explain the process from start to finish in language that you can understand. Our financial and compensation experts have put together everything you need to take your claim, from your first letter right through to checking that the amount of compensation is correct.
If you do have any difficulties with the claims process, you can rest assured that our experts are available to offer additional advice so if you get stuck dealing with an awkward company or aren’t sure which route is best for you, you can talk to an expert who understands and knows your situation and can give you the best advice possible.
4. Do you have a claim on any of my compensation won?
No. We have absolutely no claim on any compensation you receive. We ask for a one-off payment and then you keep 100% of any compensation you receive. Of course, we would love to hear of your success stories so please e-mail these to info@ourmoneyback.com
5. What about hidden charges and extra payments?
There are no hidden charges and no extra payments. Our one-off payment provides everything you need to make your claim.
We do offer other services, including a Technical Helpdesk, but this is entirely optional and is only charged if and when you use it. We will very soon be offering a ‘Compensation Checker’ service, which again is completely optional. For a small fee we will check the amount of compensation you have been offered and confirm whether we feel the offer is correct and, if we think that it is insufficient we will inform you on what grounds you should appeal.
6. Can I find this information for myself?
Yes, you can find all this information for yourself and there are also a number of consumer organisations that can offer assistance in these situations.
However, finding this information takes time. Here at OurMoneyBack we’ve done all of the hard work for you already.
Most consumer organisations aren’t fully or formally trained on any specific area of financial services. They will understand the basics of making a complaint but will get lost or confused and may offer the wrong advice when the issues become complicated.

7. I don’t have the confidence to do this on my own, can you still help?

8. I need to make more than one complaint. Do I get a discount for buying more than one pack?
Yes, if you have more one than complaint to make, you will receive a 25% discount off all subsequent packs bought at the same time.
To qualify for the discount, all purchases must be made in one transaction. The discount does not extend to the cost of calls to any of our premium rate numbers.
9. I want to make a claim against something that is not covered by your packs, can you help?
We are continually researching and collating information for new claim packs and new scandals, so we may have the information you require very soon. We also have an ever-expanding directory of websites and places to find information on all sorts of complaints. 10. How long will it be before my packs are delivered?
Packs should be delivered within 28 days of your initial order.
11. How do I pay for my packs?
Packs are paid for through PayPal. Once you have completed your order, please proceed to the checkout and fill in the PayPal information. On receipt of your order, PayPal will send you a confirmation email.
12. I don’t have a credit card can I still pay for and get a pack?
Yes you can, although our preferred method of payment is through PayPal we can take payment by cheque. Sorry we can’t take cash.
Should you wish to pay for a pack by cheque please send a cheque for £49.99, made payable to ‘OurMoneyBack’ to 19/21 Albion Place, Maidstone, Kent, ME14 5EG. Should you wish to make a multiple purchase please phone 0800 316 30 50 to confirm your discount. Please allow an extra 3 working days for cheque payments to clear.
13. Can I cancel my order
You can cancel your order within seven working days of receipt of goods should you decide that the packs are not suited to your situation. Please see out Terms section for our full Returns Policy.
14. Do you offer financial advice?
Our Money Back is not regulated by the Financial Services Authority to give any form of financial or investment advice. At no point in the claims process do we give any advice as to the suitability of your policies. Should you feel you need financial advise at any point we recommend you seek independent financial advise.
15. Am I guaranteed to win compensation with your claims packs?
No. We do not guarantee you will any amount of compensation through any of packs. We will give you all the relevant information to help you with your claim and to help you make the complaint on the correct basis but cannot guarantee that any claim will win. The guidelines on how compensation is calculated and who is entitled to compensation are very strict, not everyone is entitled to compensation and only those who have been financially disadvantaged will receive compensation.
